How it Works
PakUmeed only publishes campaigns that are CNIC-verified and field-visited — this is the core trust promise of the platform, so campaign creation is not an instant, open self-service process today.0% platform fee on your donation

Field-visited before publishing
Why every campaign is verified first
- Intake — a case or campaign request is submitted privately, not visible to the public.
- Field visit — a PakUmeed field officer verifies the case in person.
- Compliance check — documents and CNIC are reviewed by our compliance team.
- Approve — an admin explicitly approves the campaign for publishing.
- Publish — only now does the campaign become visible to donors.
- Fund → Disburse — donations are collected, and disbursement follows a two-approver (maker-checker) process.
- Impact update — donors see how funds were used, after disbursement.
How campaign creation works today
Campaigns on PakUmeed currently go through our NGO / charity partner process, not an open self-service wizard. A partner organisation or field officer submits the case, which then moves through the verification lifecycle above before it can appear on the site.
If you or your organisation would like to start a campaign, get in touch with our team and we'll walk you through the partner intake process.
